Reporting on Ooccupational Safety and Health Statistics Service

This service is provided to employers with the aim of reporting the annual statistics of occupational accidents and injuries to the facility, related to the rules of the Labor Law in the Private Sector No. (36) of 2012, to keep it in the facility's registry in the database of Occupational Safety Department.

    1. All accidents and injuries recorded in the statistic are occupational accidents that occurred during or because of work.

    2. All accidents occurred at the work site or any of its affiliate sites, or during the coming and going period of work and all vehicle accidents inside the work sites.

    3. The injured workers should be employed by the employer referred to in the form during the time of the accident.

    4. To be obligated to report accidents of death or serious injuries according to Resolution No. 12 of 2013 regarding the reporting of accidents and occupational diseases.

    5. The statistics must be reported annually by the facility management.

    6. The form must be stamped and signed by the responsible manager of the facility.

    1. A copy of the facility's statistics.

    2. A copy of the information and statistics of the number of workers in the facility.

    3. A copy of the medical reports of occupational accidents.

    4. A copy of the facility's reports on occupational accidents.

    5. Fill out the form for reporting occupational accidents and injuries statistics and submit it to the Occupational Safety Department directly, or by e-mail to (osd@mlsd.gov.bh).

    6. The facility may provide the Occupational Safety and Health Department with information about the facility's occupational safety and health activities.

    7. Note that all occupational safety services are available through the Occupational Safety and Health Council website (www.scosh.org).
