Labor Occupational Health and Safety Complaint Reporting Service

This service is provided to workers with the aim of reporting labor complaints related to occupational safety and health at work sites, in accordance with the rules of Labor Law in the Private Sector No. (36) of 2012, and upon reporting, the Inspection Unit in the Occupational Safety Department investigates the labor complaint to monitor the violations mentioned in the communication.

    1. The complaint should be related to violations of the facility's commitment to occupational safety and health arrangements.

    2. The site of the complaint should be within the work site or any of its affiliate sites.

    3. The complainant is employed by the employer referred to in the labor complaint form.

    1. Evidence of safety violations, if any (photo, video clip).
    2. A copy of the valid ID card (CPR) of the complainant.
    3. Fill out the labor complaint reporting form and submit it to the Occupational Safety Department directly, or by e-mail to the department (osd@mlsd.gov.bh).
    4. The complaint can be submitted via e-mail or direct contact with the Occupational Safety Department at 17873921.
    5. Note that all occupational safety services are available through the Occupational Safety and Health Council website (www.scosh.org).
