Deciding for Labor Settlement Requests Service
This service is provided to employees and employers with the aim of settling any dispute that may arise between them in an amicable manner in accordance with the rules of the Labor Law in the private sector. When a settlement is reached between the two parties, the work team issues a report that includes the settlement, which has the force of an executive document by force of law.
- The applicant must be one to whom the Labor Law and the executive decisions issued pursuant thereto apply.
- The absence of a request by any judicial or administrative authority related to the same subject.

Select and fill out a legal inquiry form.

A valid ID copy and contact or contact number.
