Training with Job Assurance (Dhamaan) Service
It is a program that aims to employ job seekers in private sector entities through the efforts of training institutes and centers and under the Ministry’s supervision. The candidates receive various training prior to job placement, which includes theoretical and practical aspects of the job, and on-the-job training in some programs. The candidate obtains a professional or vocational certificate after successful completion of the training program.

The applicant must be a Bahraini national.

The applicant shall be deemed of good conduct.

The applicant shall pass the entrance examination and interview with the contracted training institute to implement the said program.

The applicant shall be registered in one of the governorates’ employment centers or the Ministry's Employment Services Office as a job seeker.

The applicant shall have the required qualification specified for the program.

The applicant shall be selected by the Employer.
