1. Follow up and report on the grievances referred by the Registration and Evaluation Section to the Grievance Committee. 2. Following up on individual cases received by the department about those who have been suspended or dropped their right to the benefit or compensation after studying their situation in the system and checking the documents submitted by job-seekers. 3. Respond to citizens' written complaints to senior management or received by the media. 4. Following up the implementation of the recommendations of the Grievance Committee.

    Conditions required for registering unemployment compensation:
    1. Excluded from insurance.

    2. The applicant should not left the job voluntarily.

    3. The applicant should not be retired.

    4. The applicant must not have a commercial record.

    5. The applicant must be registered as a job seeker with the Employment Department of the Ministry.


    Conditions for registering a recurring claim for unemployment benefit:
    1. The applicant should never worked or worked for less than 12 months and is excluded from insurance.

    2. The applicant should not be retired.

    3. The applicant must not have a commercial record.

    4. The applicant must be registered as a job seeker with the Employment Department of the Ministry.

  1. Start the eService, the system will request the primary electronic key (eKey).

  2. Enter the primary electronic key (eKey).

  3. A list of previous grievances, inquiries and complaints will appear to you with the status of each request for review and follow-up.

  4. You can submit a new grievance by clicking on the “Submit a Grievance” button.

Suspension of Unemployment Insurance compensation:
  1. Non-compliance with administrative instructions.

  2. Unwillingness to work.

  3. Not looking for work seriously.

  4. Not attending the training scheduled by the office.

Loss of right to claim compensation:
  1. Refusal to work after the Ministry has provided him/her with two suitable job opportunities.

  2. The beneficiary joins an insured job. The payment of unemployment compensation or aid shall be suspended from the date of his/her assumption of work.

  3. If an unemployed person carries out a commercial or professional work for his own account.
