Bahrainization Certificate Issuance Service

The Bahrainization certificate is issued to serve business owners wishing to enter tenders with government agencies.
Launch eService

    1. The Applicant must have an account on the ministry's website.

    2. A copy of the valid commercial registration in Arabic.

    3. The percentage of Bahrainization must meet the conditions according to the Law of the Labor Market Regulatory Authority.

  1. Start the eService, the system will request a login using the commercial registration number and password.

  2. Enter the commercial registration number with the password to continue.

  3. A list of the history of previous requests will appear with the status of each request with notes in case the request is rejected.

  4. You can submit a new request by clicking on the “New Request” button.

  5. Enter your email account and contact number.

  6. Insert a copy of the commercial register in the attachments.

  7. Click "Submit Request".

  1. How can I get a Bahrainization certificate? An employer can apply for a Bahrainization certificate if he wishes to apply for government tenders, through the review of the Employers Services Section at the Ministry’s building. Note: Bahrainization certificate is issued only to the establishments that have achieved the required percentage.

  2. What are the procedures required to issue a certificate? - Fill out / complete the application form for obtaining the Bahrainization certificate with the establishment stamp. - Attach a copy of the commercial register. - Sign an acknowledgment that the employer is committed to and cooperates with the Labour Services Section.

  3. How long does it take to issue Bahrainization certificate? The maximum period for issuing Bahraini certificates is two working days.

  4. What is the validity of the Bahrainization certificate? Six months from issuance date.

  5. What are the fees for issuing Bahrainization certificate? There is no fee to issue a Bahrainization certificate.
