Request to Remove Establishments from the follow-up list service

A service that allows business owners to submit a request to remove the facility from the follow-up list by submitting documents that prove the employer's commitment to correcting the legal status of the facility and filling out the service form.

    1. The employer is obligated to remove the violation and submit documents that prove it.

    2. Fill out the application form.

    1. A recent copy of the commercial register.

    2. A copy of Employment statement from the Social Insurance Organization.

    3. A copy of the wage statement.

    4. A copy of the employment contract, one for a Bahraini worker and the other for a foreign worker.

    5. How to obtain the service: Call / personal attendance / e-mail (INSP@mlsd.gov.bh).

The Labor Inspection Department undertakes the tasks of supervising the implementation of the Labor Law in the private sector No. (36) of 2012 and the decisions implementing it. In order to ensure the provision of appropriate working conditions and its just conditions, and work to provide the necessary advice to the production parties to create an appropriate working environment and preserve the rights of all parties guaranteed by the Labor Law, in a manner that enhances the reality of job and social stability for workers and business owners and provides the foundations for decent work.
