Registration of Consultaion or Labour Sattelment Service

This service is provided by the Ministry of Labour for workers in the private sector, business owners and owners of labor organizations.

    1. The subject of the dispute must be individual.
    2. The absence of a criminal complaint regarding the subject of the application.
    3. Not be a holder of a flexible work permit (for a foreigner).
    4. That there is no absconding report against the worker (for the foreigner).
    5. The absence of a labor lawsuit pending before the court regarding the subject of the request.
    6. The personal presence of the dispute owner will be required when proceeding with the procedures.
    7. For a request for a dispute related to dismissal, the notice period prescribed in Article 99 of the Labor Law, which is set at 30 days, if any, must be completed.
    8. The date of the last working day must be specified in the dispute requests related to dismissal from service.
    9. This service is provided to the worker and the employer.
  1. To enter the system, the applicant must have an electronic key.
  2. Upon entering, you must fill in the job data, and the requests to be inquired about that are specified in the system.
  3. When there are inquiries that are not present in the system, there is a box dedicated to describing or indicating the request.
  4. Requests for settling individual labor disputes or labor consultations are submitted to the worker and the employer from the same location, and the work team will then communicate with the applicant to approve it as a complaint or consultation as requested by the applicant.
  5. After completion, you must click on the icon designated to apply and get a special number for the process.

    The service owner can attach any document he deems appropriate, such as an employment contract or a letter of dismissal if the subject of the complaint or inquiry is related to it.
