Follow-up of the register of the trade union organization

Pursuant to the Trade Unions Law No. 33 of 2002, trade union organisations must update their data to identify their representatives and update the data of their members belonging to them to benefit from the services provided by the ministry, including certificates of legal representation and letters of leave of absence/sabbatical for union work, in addition to bank authorisation letters for these organisations.
