Family Care Program

 

Definition of Family Care Program:

 

It is the program, which concerned with the implementation of the provisions of the Ministry of Justice and Islamic Affairs on the visits of children of divorced, in case of disagreement between them, where these visits are carried out in the social development centers of the Ministry of Labour and Social Development to ensure the implementation of these visits in a safe and comfortable atmosphere for children and their families.

 

Beneficiaries of the Program:

 

-Families that have reached to divorce (mother - father - children - custodians – authorized persons).

-Families that have reached to separation (mother-father-children-custodians- authorized persons).

 

Services offered by the program:

 

1.Rehabilitation of families to carry out visits by holding a rehabilitation session at the family counselling offices before the start of the visit.

2.Execution of all visits according to the provisions of execution delivered by the court, It shows the type of visit, duration and days, which are two types:

 

·Carrying out visits within social centers for specific hours on specific days.

·Carrying out visits outside social centers, whereas the concerned party takes the children to visit outside the center for certain hours or overnight on certain days.

3. Providing the courts with reports on the regularity of the implementation of family visits.
