Conduction of Comprehensive Social Research
Comprehensive social research with respect to various social phenomena and seekers of social assistance, care and others is conducted by female social workers serving in the development and social welfare sector.
Family Counseling Offices
Family counseling offices have been established in nine community centers, in accordance with technical and professional specifications. Qualified psychologists have been appointed to help family members adapt with the nature of family life, solve family problems, realize an integrated familial atmosphere, and prepare young people and those about to get married in a way that reduces marital problems and helps them build a happy home. Counseling offices provide individual and group counseling services, deliver introductory lectures for some workers at the ministries of the Kingdom in the social field, and implement a series of preventive and development programs for the society categories, including the children, elderly, adolescents, those about to get married, divorced, widows and others. Moreover, they address the psychological problems of children who suffer from family violence and disintegration, especially the families of the divorced, and in accordance with the legal judgments issued by the executive courts at the Ministry of Justice and Islamic Affairs
Program of receiving the divorced with their children at community centers
In light of the instructions of Her Highness Shaikha Sabrrka Bint Ibrahim Al-Khalifa, President of the Supreme Council for Women, a program is delivered to receive the divorced with their children at community centers on public holidays and according to the legal judgments issued by the executive courts at the Ministry of Justice and Islamic Affairs.
