Training Permits Issuance for Private Institutes Service
It is concerned with the issuance the licenses that allow investors to establish private training institutions to engage and practice training activities and carry out several basic operations related to licensing and changing basic data. It is also responsible for issuing licenses to business owners to establish vocational training centers and institutes to train their workers, updating the list of the private training institution, which includes changing the name of the training institution or the legal personality of the owner of the institution, changing the headquarters, transferring ownership, renewing / canceling the license of a private training institution, approving the authorized signatories on the transactions and Approving the employment of the manager in charge of the private training institution.

The applicant must be at least 25 years old.

The applicant must be fully competent, of good behavior, and no final judgments have been issued against him/her in a felony or misdemeanor that violates honor, trust, or public morals unless he has been rehabilitated.

The applicant must have at least a high school diploma or its equivalent.

To be able to finance the establishment and continuation of the private training institution in accordance with the standards and guarantees prescribed by the Ministry.

The applicant should not be an employee in government, public or private sectors or institutions.

The applicant should meet the previous conditions, except for what was stipulated in Clause (4), provided that the request shall indicate the source of funding for the private educational and training institution and the ability to obtain this funding.
