Reporting Workers/Labour Accommodation Service

This service is provided to workers and employers with the aim of reporting on workers’ housing and accommodation belonging to private sector establishments, in accordance with the rules of Labor Law in the Private Sector No. (36) of 2012, and upon reporting, the Inspection Unit in the Occupational Safety Department conducts a periodic preventive inspection of these housing units to ensure that they comply with safety requirements and health inside housing and preparing the required reports.
Launch eService

    1. The property must be owned or rented by the employer.

    2. The property must be habitable.

    3. The housing/accommodation must meet the conditions referred to in Resolution No. 40 of 2014 regarding the requirements and specifications of workers’ housing.

    4. All information in the reporting form must be stamped by the employer.

  1. Start the eService, the system will ask for the commercial registration number and password.

  2. The system will display your dwellings, if any, and allow you to cancel a dwelling.

  3. It also allows you to add workers housing or a housing allowance.

  4. When you click on Add Labor Accommodation:

    -The system will take you to the application form.

    -Fill in the required information.

    -Click on Save at the bottom of the form.

    -Then upload the required documents in png, jpg, PDF format.

    -Click on Save at the bottom of the form.

  5. When you click on adding a housing allowance:

    -The system will take you to the application form.

    -Fill in the required information.

    -Click on Save at the bottom of the form.

    1. A copy of a approved contract of ownership or rental of the property.

    2. A copy of a recent bill for the Electricity and Water Authority.

    3. A copy of the property address certificate.

    4. A copy of the housing/accommodation map, showing any housing increases.

    5. A copy of the statistics of the number and sex of workers in the housing.

    6. A copy of the inspection report of the General Administration of Civil Defense.

    7. If there is a number of registered dwellings for the same facility, the information for each dwelling is to be filled out in a separate form.

    8. Note that all occupational safety services are available through the Occupational Safety and Health Council website (www.scosh.org).
